  • The compensation system of Assan Logistics & Fleet Leasing is based on employee competencies, the contribution of job performance to the company, the degree of job difficulty and the level of responsibility.
  • HAY job appraisal and grading system is used for employees working as specialists and at higher grades. The compensation policy is annually reviewed through a compensation survey.
  • Compensation system is being implemented in the form of 12 per year salary and gross, while fee assessment is reviewed once annually.
  • In addition to compensation at Assan Logistics & Fleet Leasing, various fringe benefits are applied in accordance with the company policy.
